SHIPPING

Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted such as in the case of a pre-order.

U.S. Shipping is $8 flat-rate and free for orders $100+

International shipping is calculated by weight.

When ordering, please keep in mind high-volume times that could cause postal delays such as holidays if you need your order by a specific date.

We are not responsible for postal delays as well as lost or stolen packages.

 

STORE PICK-UP

You can choose store pick-up during checkout if you'd like to pick up your order during our normal business hours.

If you cannot pick up your order in a timely manner, you will be be invoiced for applicable shipping charges.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES


We do not accept returns. Only exchanges are accepted. The exchange must be initiated within five days of receiving your order.

Buyer is responsible for cost of returning the item back to us as well as the cost to ship out the exchange item. The initial shipping cost of the returned ordered will not  be refunded. When shipping back your order, obtain a tracking number to reference.

Returns/exchanges are not possible with pre-ordered items.


To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with no odors or signs of wash/wear. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
